Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 1, 2026

This policy describes what information is handled when you read cozyorange.com, how the operator uses it and what choices you have. The operator is whoever runs this blog about activewear, fitness and wellness. We and us mean the operator.

What our servers record

When you open an article on a leggings fit guide or a stretching routine, the servers delivering the page keep a routine log. An entry can contain your IP address, the time of the visit, the page requested, your browser and device type, and the address of the page that sent you here. We use these logs to keep Cozyorange running, to find errors and abuse and to see in broad terms which topics people read.

Cookies and similar tools

Cozyorange may use cookies and similar storage. Some keep pages working. Others, where switched on, count visits, remember a display choice, support advertising or note which link led a reader to a clothing or fitness retailer so that an affiliate referral can be credited. A cookie set by an advertiser, analytics tool or retailer is under that company’s control, so its own notice explains what it does.

Controlling tracking in your browser

Your browser lets you block or clear cookies, browse privately and add tools that restrict tracking. If your browser sends a do-not-track or global privacy signal, we treat it as an opt-out wherever the tools we use can honour it. Blocking certain cookies may change how some parts of the site appear or behave.

Emails and forms

If you write to [email protected], we receive your address and whatever you put in the message. We use it to reply, to correct articles and to keep a record of the exchange. Your note is never passed to advertisers, and a quote from it would only appear on the site after you agreed.

Please keep sensitive details out of your emails. Cozyorange gives general information, so there is no need to share injuries, diagnoses or medication details with us, and we may delete them if they arrive.

Newsletters

If a newsletter or sign-up form is offered, the details you give are used to send what you asked for and to manage your subscription. Each issue will explain how to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us by email to remove you.

Outside services we rely on

A blog like this depends on outside providers. They may include web hosting and content delivery, audience analytics, advertising and affiliate networks, and embedded items such as exercise videos or social posts. These providers may receive technical details of your visit so their service can function, and they handle that data under their own notices.

Retention

Visit logs from the servers are kept only for a short working period before they are erased or boiled down to figures that identify nobody. Emails are kept while they help us answer you, fix an article or meet a legal duty, and are deleted once that need ends. Analytics data is kept in line with the settings of the tool in use.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask what personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, object to some uses or withdraw consent you gave earlier. To make a request, email [email protected] and say what you would like. Before acting we may need proof that the request comes from you, and we will answer within whatever deadline applies where you live.

Younger readers

Cozyorange is written for adults and teenagers with a general interest in clothing, exercise and wellbeing, and is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them. If a child has sent us something, tell us and we will remove it.

Keeping data safe

Protection here is modest and sensible: pages load over encrypted connections and the mailbox is restricted to the operator. No online storage or transfer is entirely risk-free, so we cannot guarantee complete protection.

Data crossing borders

Some providers behind this site may process data in other countries, where the rules may differ from those where you live. By continuing to read Cozyorange, you accept that your information may be handled in this way.

Updates to this policy

If Cozyorange adds a new analytics tool, ad service or newsletter, or if the rules change, this page will be edited to match. The effective date above shows when the current version began, and continued use of the site after a revision means you accept it.

Raising a concern

Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect anything done before. Our cookie policy page sets out which cookies are used and how to change your mind about them. You also have the right to complain to a regulator: your local data protection authority in the EU, EEA or UK (the ICO in the UK), or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner in Australia.
